Ordered on weekdays before 23.30 = Shipped the same working day *

Paid and approved orders (afterpay), placed on a working day before 11:30 PM (letterbox packages before 11:00 PM), are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 23.30 (letterbox parcels after 23.00), during the weekend or on a public holiday, we ship the next working day.

Mailbox packages ordered after 23:00 will be shipped the next working day.

Minimum order value is €20.

99% of our products are in stock! If in stock, your order will be processed and offered to PostNL on the same working day. When the products have been sent you will receive an email from us with a Track & Trace code, so that you can easily track your order yourself. The order is normally delivered the next business day. If you order a product on the weekend, on a public holiday or on a working day after 10 p.m., the delivery time applies from the next working day.

Note: Our warehouse is in Oosterhout. The address in Amsterdam is only a billing address and there is no stock and therefore nothing can be collected.

Environmentally packaged, of course!

For environmental reasons we reuse shipping boxes and filling materials that are in good condition to send in your order. Our packaging materials are as much as possible made from recycled material or recyclable material. If we use plastic, such as filling materials, this is always reused.


Why no free shipping?

The costs incurred for sending (unfortunately, PostNL does not send for free) must be paid in one way or another. Most web stores calculate these costs by adding them to the selling price of the products. We could do the same (make our products all more expensive) and make it look like we don't charge shipping costs - as is usually the case with other web stores. However, we find this unfair because in this way customers who order multiple items are then punished because they are actually charged double shipping costs.

The web shops that do not charge shipping costs, earn without you noticing the 'no shipping costs'.

Why a small order surcharge

To keep the delivery costs reasonable, we contribute an x amount to the shipping costs. You therefore do not pay for the actual shipping, packaging and handling costs. Orders under 10 euros are therefore unfortunately not profitable. We do not want to use a minimum amount for which you must order and we also do not want to increase the shipping costs for all orders. That is why we have chosen to give you the choice yourself. If you want to order something for 10 euros, you can, but we will charge a surcharge of 1 euro. You then always have the choice to order something to go above 10 euros or pay the surcharge. This way we do not have to increase the shipping costs for all orders.

How do I know if you have received my payment?

In "my account" on our website you can follow the status of your order. As soon as your payment is received, the status in my account will be paid.

You will also receive an email as soon as we have received your payment.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

In "my account" on our website you can follow the progress of your order until we have transferred your order to the delivery service. Your status in my account will then be sent.

Once your order has been sent, you will also receive an email from us.

I am not at home at the time of delivery

If you are not at home, the carrier will try to deliver the order to the neighbors. If you do not wish the order to be delivered to your neighbors, you can indicate this in the comments field during the ordering process.

If the delivery person has not been able to deliver your order twice, they will leave a message to contact you to make a new delivery appointment or you can pick up the order at the nearest depot.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

You can indicate when ordering that you want to receive the order at a different delivery address.
