Warranty and Complaints
"Bewust Puur" recommends inspecting the delivered goods immediately upon receipt and reporting any defects found by e-mail within two weeks (preferably with a picture of the problem) or possibly by telephone.
"Bewust Puur" guarantees that the delivered products meet the agreement and meet the specifications stated in the offer, and thereby guarantees the factory warranty of the product delivered to you. The "Bewust Puur" warranty period corresponds to the factory warranty period. This warranty does not apply in case the defect is due to neglected care, intentional damage, or inattention. Warranty claim expires if other than the service / repair services designated by the manufacturer have performed repair or other work on the product.
Complaints and disputes procedure
We recommend that you first make your complaints known to us by sending an email to i[email protected] If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur . Since 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
