Why are we using Prevented Ocean Plastic (POP)?

It is estimated by 2050 there will be the same ratio of plastics as there are fish in the sea. Action needs to be taken now and TOGETHER. This is why we have teamed with Prevented Ocean Plastic (POP), who target coastlines with high-risk ocean bound plastic. Our bottle is made from 100% recycled Prevented Ocean Plastic, which can be traced directly back to Indonesia. Southeast Asian countries are considered significant contributors to the leakage of land-based plastic waste into the seas, with a generation of 31 million tons of plastic waste annually (Julius and Trajano, 2022).
