Use

Apply lipstick has never been so easy and so fast thanks to this lipstick pencil: use a sharpener to cut the mine if needed, then apply it on your lips. The ultra-thin mine allow you to draw a really precise line. Fix the color by biting a tissue to remove the surplus.

A white veil appears on the lead of my pencil, is this normal?
