Werfzeep Haverscrub 

Gentle scrub soap with ground oats and olive oil, smelling of juniper, lavender and lime.

Oats give a soft, pleasant scrub. In ground form, it is not only a natural exfoliating agent, it also has a particularly caring effect on the skin. It removes dead cells, hydrates and leaves a protective layer. After a wash your skin feels wonderfully soft. Our biodynamic oat flakes with the Demeter quality mark come from the southern German family business the Spielberger Mühle.

One disadvantage, the heavenly scent of lavender, juniper, coriander seeds and lime makes it difficult to close your tap in time.

Does not contain:

Sodium lauryl / laureth sulphate, parabens, alcohol (ethyl alcohol / ethanol), methyl isothiazolinone, methylchloroisothiazolinone, lanolin, propylene glycol, silicone, synthetic perfume, PABA sunscreen, petrochemicals, colorants, DEA, TEA, PEGs and all other optional synthetic additives.

inci (same as packaging, international naming): sodium olivate, sodium cocoate, aqua, sodium cocoa butterate, sodium sunflowerate, aroma, prunus amygdalus dulcis flower extract, prunus avium flower extract, rubia tinctorum root extract, limoneneo, linaloolo, benzyl benzoateo .

About Werfzeep

Werfzeep was created in 2009 from Evelien's preference for old crafts and natural products. During a trip through Canada that she and Laurens made, she ended up on an idyllic family farm where soap was made, with a ladle and a huge pan. The wooden house smelled like a fairytale and immediately the first day Evelien helped make soap. To her surprise, this handmade soap that lay in the shower and by the sink was gentle and caring for her skin. From childhood infested with eczema, soap had been out of the question for years, but this soap turned out to be a very different story from everything she had been acquainted with until then and which mainly gave her a tight skin.

Soap made from oils is a completely different product from factory soap made from refined fatty acids, with additives such as foam improvers, synthetic perfumes and preservatives, from which the glycerine is also skimmed. This discovery was enough for Evelien to completely fall under the spell of soap, artisanal soap, all possible ingredients and the effect on the skin. She started to develop her soaps in a historic wharf cellar on the Oudegracht in Utrecht. Now, eight years later, she works with a growing team in the beautiful soap studio on the Westerkade.
