Use:

• Apply as needed 15 minutes before going out in the sun.
• Apply at least every 2 hours or after swimming, heavy perspiration.
• Limit the time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m.
• Wear shirts, pants, hats and sunglasses with long sleeves.
• We recommend taking supplements against oxidation and building pigmentation such as carotenes and anti-oxidations.
• Drink plenty of water, eat lots of fruits and vegetables with carotenes and antioxidants.
