Why a small order surcharge

To keep the delivery costs reasonable, we contribute an x ​​amount in the shipping costs. So you do not pay for the actual shipping, packaging and handling costs. Unfortunately orders under 20 euros are therefore not profitable. We do not want to set a minimum amount for which you have to order and we do not want to increase the shipping costs for all orders. That is why we have chosen to give you the choice. If you want to order something under 10 euros, you can, but then we charge a surcharge of 2 euro. You always have the choice to order something to exceed 20 euros or to pay the surcharge. This way we do not have to increase the shipping costs for all orders.
