Natural Progesterone Cream
Vegetable natural progesterone cream!
ProgesterAll is a perfume-free natural progesterone cream which contains 20 milligrams (mg) plant, natural progesterone per teaspoon of cream
Dr. John R. Lee was the foremost researcher in the field of female health problems that occur before, during and after the menopause. Dr. Lee researched and discovered how he could tackle these health problems using natural ingredients. We show here a natural, balanced cream, composed of the ingredients recommended by Dr. Lee, in the proportion as he specified them.
ProgesterAll ™ is a perfume-free cream that contains 20 milligrams (mg) of vegetable, natural progesterone per ¼ teaspoon of cream. A unique system, based on liposomes, where the ingredients are packed in a membrane, allows rapid absorption through the skin. The ingredients are stored in the underlying fatty tissue and then released into the blood stream.
A tube is supplied with the tube with detailed recommendations from Dr. Lee for the use of the cream.
If you have any questions regarding hormone problems, consult a health professional.

Question: What is progesterone made of?
A: The USP progesterone used to replace hormones comes from vegetable fats and oils, usually a substance called diosgenin, which is extracted from a very specific type of wild yam growing in Mexico, or from soybeans. Diosgenin is chemically synthesized in the laboratory into real human progesterone. Estrogen, testosterone, progesterone and cortisones are also almost always synthesized from diosgenin.
Some companies try to sell diosgenin, which they call "wild yam extract" as a medicine or supplement, and claim that the body then converts it into hormones as needed. Although we know that this can be done in the laboratory, there is no evidence that this conversion takes place in the human body.
Question: Where should I put the progesterone cream?
A: Because progesterone is very fat-soluble, it is easily absorbed through the skin. Of subcutaneous fat, progesterone is absorbed in capillary blood. Thus, absorption is best in all skin areas where people blush: face, neck, chest, breasts, inner arms and palms.
Question: What is the recommended dosage of progesterone?
A: For premenopausal women, the usual dose is 15-24 mg / day for 14 days before the expected menstrual period, and the day or so before the menstrual period ends.
For postmenopausal women, the dose that often works well is 15 mg / day for 25 days of the calendar month.
Question: What amount of progesterone do you recommend in a cream?
A: Dr. Lee recommends creams containing 450-500 mg of progesterone per ounce, which is 1.6% by weight or 3% by volume. This means that about a quarter teaspoon per day would give about 20 mg / day.
Question: How safe is progesterone cream?
A: During the third trimester of pregnancy, the placenta produces approximately 300 mg of progesterone daily, so we know that a single overdose of the cream is virtually impossible. If you used a whole pot at a time, it might make you sleepy. Dr. However, Lee recommends that women do not use more than the recommended dosage to prevent hormonal imbalances. More is not better when it comes to hormone management.
Question: Wouldn't it be easier to just take a progesterone pill?
A: Dr. Lee recommends the transdermal cream instead of oral progesterone, because about 80% to 90% of the oral dose is lost through the liver. Therefore, at least 200 to 400 mg per day is required orally to achieve a physiological dose of 15 to 24 mg per day. Such high doses cause unwanted metabolites and unnecessary overloading of the liver.
