Good to know
- The bottle is made of bioplastic from sugar cane. When the bottle is empty, you can dispose of it in its entirety in the plastic waste. Then it can be completely recycled.
- For children up to 5 years we advise not to use the shampoo because of the added essential oils. Children have thinner skin than adults and can react sensitively to essential oils.
- Do you have a sensitive scalp? Then try spraying the Loveli Face mist on your scalp. It helps restore the pH of your scalp.
Use
Shampoo Dry & Damaged Hair
- If you now use a non-natural shampoo, it will take some getting used to switching to a natural shampoo. Non-natural shampoos contain aggressive sulfates to cleanse your hair. That foams wonderfully, but is therefore also very intense for your hair and your scalp. It is not for nothing that you should always use a conditioner to get your hair combable again.
- Because the Loveli shampoo does not contain SLS or SLES or foam boosters, it will foam a little less than you are used to. Make sure your hair is wet before applying shampoo. You can also mix the shampoo in your hand with some water or wash your hair twice in a row with the Loveli shampoo. The second time, the shampoo will foam much better and distribute better, so that your hair is thoroughly clean. After a few times you will notice that you need less shampoo. How long does this 'detox' last? That depends on your current shampoo and is different per person.
- After washing out your shampoo you can use your normal conditioner, mask or leave-in product.
- If your shampoo bottle is almost empty, add a little bit of water and shake it. This way you also get the last bit of shampoo out of your bottle.
Conditioner Dry & Damaged Hair
- Do you use the conditioner as a leave-in? Then use a dollop the size of a hazelnut (and no more than that) and divide it over your towel-dried hair. Do not rinse. Then dry and style your hair as usual.
- Do you use the conditioner as a rinse-out? Apply the conditioner to washed damp hair. Let it soak in for a while and rinse.

Additional explanation ingredients
– Orange blossom herbal tea: for a calm scalp
– Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Juice: The aloe vera juice in our shampoo is made from aloe vera leaves. Aloe vera has been known for centuries to soothe and repair the skin.
– Glycerin: This glycerin is vegetable and is moisturizing for your hair.
– Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside: this washing agent is made from sugar and is very suitable for sensitive skin
– Decyl Glucoside: this washing agent is made from sugar and coconut. These raw materials are mild and non-irritating.
– Sodium Coco-Sulfate: this washing material is made from coconut. And yes, it's a sulfate, but it's made in a very different way from the sulfates SLS and SLES. As a result, this sulfate is mild for your hair and skin and at the same time helps the shampoo lather better.
– Coco Glucoside, Glyceryl Oleate: This mild washing agent is made from coconut and makes the hair soft, shiny and easier to comb.
– Cucumis Sativus (Cucumber) Fruit Extract: Cucumber extract made from fresh, organic cucumbers in vegetable glycerin. Cucumber contains the minerals magnesium and potassium that ensure water retention. The natural vitamin C in the cucumber acts as an antioxidant.
– Wheat Protein: Wheat protein acts as a conditioner for your hair. It takes care of dry hair by laying a thin layer around the hair shaft and does not rinse with the shampoo. This makes the hair fuller and softer. Wheat protein is less suitable for oily hair.
– Betaine: is also a conditioner for your hair. Not to be confused with Cocamidopropyl betaine. That is a washing substance to which some are sensitive and we do not use it in this shampoo. This betaine (in the shampoo) is made from sugar beet.
– Tocopherol: tocopherol is another word for vitamin E. This is a powerful antioxidant.
– Kukui oil: Kukui oil is made from kukui nuts and is very suitable for the hair. It helps to retain moisture and it helps with sensitive scalp.
– Sunflower oil: the vitamin E is dissolved in this.
– Sweet orange oil: essential oil from the peel of sweet oranges. It gives the shampoo the great scent, but is also caring for your hair and scalp.
– Lemon oil: the essential oil from the peel of lemons gives this shampoo its fresh note.
– Perfume: this natural perfume of vanilla provides the super fine scent.
– Sodium Anisate, Sodium Levulinate, Potassium Sorbate: together are the preservative in this shampoo. super mild. Made from mountain ash, corn, anise and fennel.
– Citral, Limonene and Linalool: these are not ingredients, but natural components of the essential oils of orange and lemon. It is mandatory to mention these on the label.
