Hyaluronic acid for hydration

We all have hyaluronic acid in our body. Our body produces it itself. In your skin, the hyaluronic acid molecules provide the moisture content of your skin. These molecules can bind to and hold water molecules up to 600 times their own weight. So they are like tiny sponges that absorb moisture from the air and from your deeper skin layers. Your own hyaluronic acid molecules are therefore responsible for that supple, shiny and smooth skin you had as a child.

But unfortunately, your body produces less and less hyaluronic acid as you age. By the time you are 40, only 50% of the amount of hyaluronic acid in your body is left. But younger skin can also feel dry and need an extra dose of hydration.

Hyaluronic acid in a cream has the advantage that it can also bind the water from a cream. It immediately gives your skin a boost. The smallest hyaluronic acid molecules penetrate deep into your skin and thus help to prevent wrinkles in the long term.

Nutrition for normal and oily skin

If you have normal skin or oily skin, your skin also needs care and protection. But from lighter oils and butters than with dry / sensitive skin. That is why these creams soon feel too heavy for your skin.

For young and/or oilier skin, the oil must be absorbed quickly and not leave a greasy layer on the skin that can clog the pores. These are mainly the linoleic acid-rich oils. These oils protect and care, but do not make the skin greasy like dry skin needs. Grape seed oil contains 72% linoleic acid, but also vitamins E and C. – Aqua: Distilled or deionized water is used to dissolve other ingredients and gives products a fine texture.
– Vitis Vinifera Seed Oil: Grape seed oil is obtained from the seeds of wine grapes. This oil is full of antioxidants that protect against free radical damage. In addition, grape seed oil has a moisturizing effect and makes your skin feel soft again. It regulates sebum secretion and thus helps to restore the balance of oily skin. The oil absorbs quickly into the skin and does not leave a greasy layer.
– Mangifera Indica Seed Butter: Mango butter is made from the kernel of mangoes. This fine butter melts at body temperature and makes the skin soft. Mango butter is very similar to our skin's own lipids, making it easily absorbed by the skin.
– Cetearyl Olivate: Natural and light emulsifier from olive oil. Distributes easily and makes the skin silky soft and supple, without making your skin feel greasy.
– Sorbitan Olivate: Natural emulsifier derived from olive oil.
– Squalane: Squalane is not actually an oil, but the active ingredient from olive oil. It is very well absorbed by the skin and makes the skin soft, smooth and supple. Squalane does not leave your skin feeling greasy and is great for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
– Tocopherol: In other words, Vitamin E. A powerful antioxidant that helps against skin aging. It is moisture-retaining and helps your skin to recover from sun damage.
– Sodium Hyaluronate: Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in our skin and is a real hydration booster. It is very moisturizing and retains moisture in the skin, filling fine lines and making them less visible. Suitable for every skin type.
– Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil: Sunflower seed oil is a good antioxidant. It is lightweight and mild and does not linger on the skin. It has anti-inflammatory properties and absorbs quickly. In addition, it is ideal for light moisturizers for oily skin.
– Perfume: The perfumes we use are all made from essential oils and 100% natural.
– Glycerin: Produced from coconut oil. Is moisture-resistant.
– Xanthan Gum: Xanthan gum is a sticky substance that is created from sugar and molasses through bacterial fermentation. It acts as a thickener in the cream.
