Use

You can use Dr. Using Bronner for washing your face, body, hands and hair, for bathing, shaving, brushing teeth, washing fruit, aromatherapy, washing dishes by hand, doing laundry, mopping floors, all-purpose cleaning, washing windows, washing toilets, washing dogs, fight house dust mites and kill ants and aphids.

Put 2-3 drops on the hand, foams easily, enjoy the velvety foam and then rinse thoroughly.
As a fragrant bath foam two tablespoons of the product in the bath.
1 tablespoon for a soothing foot bath in warm water, the natural oils also have their pleasant scent.
Cleanse face: apply to damp skin, lather and massage into skin. Rinse well.
Washing hair: Massage soap into wet hair until foam forms, massage lightly and rinse.
Shave: for face, armpits, legs: apply 5 - 10 drops to damp skin, lather and then shave.
Travel toothpaste: Put 1 drop of soap on the toothbrush, immerse in a cup of water and brush teeth as usual.
Hand wash: Ideal when travelling. Add a few drops of soap to water. Soak clothes in it. Rinse well.

Does not contain:

Sodium lauryl / laureth sulphate, parabens, alcohol (ethyl alcohol / ethanol), methyl isothiazolinone, methylchloroisothiazolinone, lanolin, propylene glycol, silicone, synthetic perfume, PABA sunscreen, petrochemicals, colorants, DEA, TEA, PEGs and all other optional synthetic additives.
