This organic and natural eye pencil lasts a long time and has a rich creamy texture with which you can apply an intense and precise line. Avril eyepencil is perfect for sensitive eyes. The eye pencil can be applied to both the upper and lower lash line.
The Avril eye pencil is enriched with organic Shea butter.
A white veil appears on the lead of my pencil, is this normal?
